What is a podcast?
A podcast is an audio and/or video file that can be downloaded and enjoyed anytime, anywhere on portable media players (iPods/MP3 players), computers, mobile phones, even some car audio systems. These files can be automatically downloaded using podcasting software such as iTunes or iPodder, which allow you to subscribe to a "feed" and automatically receive new files as they become available.

We invite you to listen to timely podcasts we have created to keep you up-to-date on relevant topics.
